INGREDIENTS
- sesame seed
- olive oil (or rapeseed oil)
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 courgette
- 1 red sweet pepper
- 8 medium-sized potatoes
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Cut a courgette into 5 cm pieces and then into 1 cm strips.
- Cut the red sweet pepper into 1 cm strips.
- Boil the unpeeled potatoes until almost done and halve.
- Use a grill pen to make skewers that have a half potato on each side and in between alternately pieces of courgette and sweet pepper.
- Add rolled pieces of bacon as well.
- Brush the skewers with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seed.
- Roast the skewers for ten minutes in a grill pan or on the barbecue.
