INGREDIENTS
- 170 grams sweet potatoes
- 100 grams leek
- 75 grams shredded young cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 eggs
- pepper and salt
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Peel the sweet potato, cut it into slices as thin as possible.
- Wash the leeks and slice.
- Place the potatoes and the leeks into a large oven dish and add 50 grams of shredded cheese.
- Also add the pepper and salt and shake the contents to mix.
- Divide the mixture between the two small dishes.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper and pour this mixture into the small dishes.
- Sprinkle on the remaining shredded cheese and place in the oven for 40 minutes.
