PREPARATION METHOD

INGREDIENTS
- 4 firm texture potatoes (approx. 450 grams)
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 6 eggs
- ½ dl milk
- 75 grams shredded matured cheese
- salt and pepper
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Peel the potatoes, rinse them and cut them into 1 cm cubes.
- Peel and chop the onions and garlic.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan with a non-stick coating and stir-fry the potato with the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
- Lower the heat and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes until the potatoes are cooked. Stir in the paprika powder.
- Beat the eggs with the milk and salt and pepper to taste.
- Add the rest of the oil and mix the eggs and the cheese through the potato mixture.
- Place a lid on the pan and allow the omelette to cook over low heat for about 10 minutes until the bottom is light brown.
- Slide the tortilla onto a plate and cut into squares.
TIP
- Serve with a fresh green salad.
