Many are familiar with the Apfelstrudel, but did you know that you can make delicious Strudels with potatoes as well!? We were very pleasantly surprised: a creamy filling in the Strudel and the refreshing salad are a delicious combination. The parsley in the yoghurt makes the dip very flavourful.
